在高等学校中,学生干部是大学生中的一类特殊群体。学生干部不但要从事专业学习活动,也要在学生组织中从事社会工作。与普通学生相比,他们经历了较为特殊的学习和实践过程,正是这个因素作用使得学生干部的素质发展有着独特的方面,尤其是对创造性心理品质的培养有着复杂的影响。学生干部可以通过组织管理等工作获得更多的成就感和自信心,这是有利的方面;然而,学生组织建设中的一些因素对学生干部创造性心理品质发展的不利影响也十分显著,对于这一方面的研究和改进是当务之急。主要存在的问题可以分为以下三个方面:
In colleges and universities, student leaders are a special group of college students. Student cadres must not only engage in professional learning activities, but also engage in social work in student organizations. Compared with ordinary students, they have undergone a rather special process of learning and practice. It is exactly this factor that makes student cadres have a unique aspect of their quality development. In particular, they have a complicated influence on the cultivation of creative psychological quality. Student cadres can gain more sense of achievement and self-confidence through organizational management and other work, which is beneficial; however, some factors in the construction of student organizations have negative effects on the development of creative psychological quality of student cadres. Research and improvement are top priorities. The main problems can be divided into the following three aspects:
