本研究以十一菌株为材料,对原生质体无性繁殖株的单、双核比例、产菇优势及出菇性状进行了研究。结果表明:(1)平菇、香菇原生质体无性繁殖株,以“锁状联合(clampconnection)”的有无可区分为无C.C.的单核株和有C.C.的双核株,但其比例因菌株不同而迥异。(2)同一菌株的单、双核林的菌丝体生长速度、出菇期及菇产量等性状有较大差异,双核株多优于单核株;但双核株与其原始异核株相比,其优劣因菌株而异。(3)无性单核株是进行细胞融合或常规杂交育种的理想材料,而双核株可用于选出优质高产菌株。
In this study, eleven strains were used as materials to study the single and dual nuclear ratio of protoplast clones, the advantages of producing mushrooms and the fruiting characteristics. The results showed that: (1) Pleurotus ostreatus, Mushroom protoplast clonal reproductive strains, with “clamp connection (clampconnection)” whether or not can be divided into no C. C. Mononuclear strain and C. C. Of the dual-nuclear strains, but its proportion varies due to different strains. (2) The growth rate, fruiting period and yield of mycelium of single and dual-core forest of the same strain were quite different. The double-nucleus strain was superior to the mononuclear strain. However, compared with the original heterokaryon strain, Its advantages and disadvantages vary due to strains. (3) Asexual mononuclear strain is the ideal material for cell fusion or conventional crossbreeding, while the dual nucleus strain can be used to select high-quality and high-yield strain.
