样品经有机溶媒提取后 ,在硅胶G薄层板上 ,以石油醚 -醋酸乙酯 -二乙胺 (7∶2∶1)展开 ,测定波长 5 0 0nm ,参比波长70 0nm ,平均回收率为 10 0 2 % ,RSD为 1 9%。
Samples were extracted with organic solvents and developed on silica gel G-laminate plates using petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-diethylamine (7:2:1). The measurement wavelength was 500 nm, and the reference wavelength was 700 nm. The average recovery was obtained. For 10 0 2 %, RSD is 1 9%.
