目的比较MRI和超声对子宫肌瘤诊断中的效果。方法将我院2012年6月-2013年6月68例子宫肌瘤患者随机分成两组各34例,观察组行MRI进行检查,对照组采用超声检查,将术后病理对照分析,比较两种检查方法的效果。结果 68例共118个病灶,MRI检出率97.46%,B超73.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组诊断准确率73.53%(25/34),观察组94.11%(32/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI和超声检查对子宫肌瘤的检查皆有较高敏感性,不过MRI在病灶亚型的诊断显著好于超声检查,方便廉价,适合应用于筛查病变与随访。MRI可清晰展现子宫各层解剖结构和与周围组织的关系,对宫肌瘤的精准定位与定性诊断有积极作用,检查花费较大,比较适于对病变行进一步检查及诊断。
Objective To compare MRI and ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids.
