南京钢铁厂是一个中型钢铁联合企业,从历年来发生的工伤事故分析,有87.5%是发生在生产班组,其中人的因素又占75%以上。面对这一情况,我厂从1988年开始在全厂开展创建“安全文明生产合格班组”活动,取得了初步成效。我厂一些做法和体会是: 一、统一认识我厂工艺、设备比较落后,虽几经改造,但目前的绝大部分生产设备仍不够先进,安全技术设施也不够完善,这些给安全生产带来很多不利因素。基于这一客观实际,厂领导认识到,要使生产得以稳步发展,必须抓好安全工作。在当前班组管理素质较差的情况下,必须集中主要精力抓好班组的
