本文应用灯盏细辛胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛组患者116例(男性73例,女43例;年龄64±8yr),3粒,tid,po(每粒含灯盏花素45mg)。丹参胶囊组49例(男29例,女20例,年龄62±7yr),3粒,tid,po(每粒含丹参生药2g)。疗程均为8wk。灯盏细辛组临床总有效率为89％,高于丹参组52％(p<0.001)。并对心功能、血小板聚集率、体外血栓形成等有一定改善作用。
In this paper, Erigeron Breviscapus capsules treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with angina pectoris group of 116 patients (73 males, 43 females; age 64 ± 8yr), 3 tablets, tid, po (each containing breviscapine 45mg). Danshen capsule group of 49 patients (29 males and 20 females, age 62 ± 7yr), 3, tid, po (each containing Salvia crude 2g). Treatment are 8wk. The total effective rate of Erigeron Breviscapus group was 89%, higher than that of Salvia miltiorrhiza group 52% (p <0.001). And heart function, platelet aggregation rate, in vitro thrombosis have some improvement.
