The report of the 17th CPC National Congress emphasizes that we must comprehensively push forward the great new project of party building with the spirit of reform and innovation. To strengthen and improve party building in state-owned enterprises, we must profoundly understand the new ideology, new tasks and new requirements regarding party building at the 17th CPC National Congress, conscientiously study new situations and new issues in the party-state work of state-owned enterprises, and clarify new work ideas and measures.
