The private economy has occupied half of China's economy. The key to China's economic restructuring and upgrading is the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises. Transformation of private enterprises is facing a series of challenges, such as the low quality of entrepreneurs, the shortage of innovative talents and highly skilled personnel.
