为探讨汉丹肝乐抗实验性急性肝损伤的作用 ,用四氯化碳 (CCl4 )注射刺激 ,建立大鼠急性肝损伤模型 ,肝组织HE染色 ,动态观察血一氧化氮 (NO)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及肝组织MDA、肝损伤生物化学改变。结果表明汉丹肝乐可明显减轻大鼠急性肝损伤程度 ,降低血清谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、总胆红素 (TB)、NO ,降低血清及肝组织MDA ,升高红细胞SOD。表明汉丹肝乐对CCl4 所致实验性急性肝损伤有防治作用 ,其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化及清除氧自由基有关。
To investigate the effect of Handan Gangli on experimental acute liver injury, a rat model of acute liver injury was established with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) injection stimulation. Liver tissue HE staining was performed to observe blood NO and red blood cells dynamically. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and liver tissue MDA, liver biochemical changes. The results showed that Handan Gan Le can significantly reduce the degree of acute liver injury in rats, reduce serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TB), NO, reduce serum and liver MDA, increase red cell SOD. It is shown that Handanganle has preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental acute liver injury induced by CCl4, and its mechanism may be related to anti-lipid peroxidation and scavenging of oxygen free radicals.
