进入21世纪,我国的综合国力得到了不断提高,科技水平也在不断进步,各种先进技术得到了发展和应用。在日趋激烈的市场竞争中,作为竞争主体的企事业单位面临着机遇与挑战并存的局面,要想获得良好的发展,不仅需要具备良好的竞争意识,还必须不断提升自身的管理水平。政工工作在企业发展中扮演着非常重要的角色,加强政工人事干部培养,提升其综合素质,对于企业的长远发展而言是非常重要的。本文对当前企业政工人事干部的素质问题进行了简要分析,并就如何提升政工干部综合素质进行了讨论和研究。
In the 21st century, China’s overall national strength has been continuously improved, and the level of science and technology is also constantly improving. Various advanced technologies have been developed and applied. In the increasingly fierce market competition, the enterprises and institutions that are the main competitors are confronted with the opportunities and challenges. To achieve good development, enterprises and institutions not only need to have a good sense of competition, but also must constantly improve their management level. Political and political work plays a very important role in the development of enterprises. Strengthening the cultivation of political and personnel cadres and improving their overall quality are very important to the long-term development of enterprises.
