根据电接触理论和摩擦学有关知识推导出接触电阻与中心膜厚比之间的关系式, 并由此式计算判断出蜗杆传动的润滑状态。实验表明: 正常传动时, 平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动不易形成稳定的全膜润滑状态。
According to the theory of electric contact and tribology, the relationship between contact resistance and center film thickness ratio is deduced, and the lubrication state of worm drive is judged by this formula. Experiments show that: the normal transmission, the plane enveloping worm gear is not easy to form a stable state of full film lubrication.
