为贯彻中央领导同志把福建建设成南方重点林业基地的指示精神,省委省政府做出了全省建立二千万亩速生丰产商品材基地的决定。省林业厅于四月在永安县大湖公社和南平市峡阳公社举办二期八个地市42个县(市)基地调查规划设计技术骨干培训班之后,各县相继都在全面开展商品材基地的调查规划工作,现已基本结束。在调查规划中,我们有以下几点体会:
