以就业为导向是职业技术教育的目标,职业教育的改革与发展对新时期中职英语教学提出了新的要求,而多数中职英语教学还处于公共基础英语教学阶段,教学内容和教学模式不能突出其实用性,不能适应劳动力市场的变化和职业岗位的需求,不能体现职教特色。针对当前中职英语教学与实践应用和岗位需求严重脱节的现状,中职英语教师要以就业为导向,整合教学内容,优化教学方法,改革评价机制,彻底变革传统中职英语教学模式。
Employment-oriented is the target of vocational and technical education. The reform and development of vocational education have set new requirements for English teaching in secondary vocational schools in the new era. However, most secondary vocational English teaching is still in the process of public English teaching. The teaching content and teaching mode can not Highlight its practicality, can not adapt to the changes in the labor market and job needs, can not reflect the characteristics of vocational education. In view of the current situation that vocational English teaching and practice application and job requirements are seriously out of line with each other, secondary vocational English teachers should take employment as guidance, integrate teaching content, optimize teaching methods, reform evaluation mechanism and thoroughly change traditional English teaching mode.
