角膜内皮细胞层是维持角膜生理完整性的最重要结构。角膜移植失败多因植片内皮受损。近年来,随着内皮镜等仪器的问世,对角膜内皮有了进一步的认识。一、角膜内皮细胞的一般形态特征角膜内皮是单细胞层结构,厚约4—6μm,直径约20μm,单个细胞呈椭圆形,细胞镶嵌后呈蜂巢样的六角形。胞内结构类似普通体细胞,但含丰富的线粒体等细胞器,提示代谢相当活跃。
