在加强基层建设的实践中,新疆销售公司把发挥典型示范作用作为重要抓手和有效方法,先后推出龙山女子加油加气站、葡北加油站、罗布泊、红其拉甫友谊和红山路加油站,孔凡萍、孙富民、张翠英、西里甫江·阿吾提等一批在国内及行业和区域有影响的先进集体和先进人物,增强了基层党组织的工作活力,公司呈现出事业兴、风气正、人气旺,群众跟着党员干,干群同心谋发展的喜人局面。本文结合企业实际,就在加强基层建设中发挥典型示范的作用谈几点体会。
