When China becomes a major energy consumer due to its rapid growth, whether it can guarantee the steady flow of basic resources has become the key to affecting the country. So many companies have optimistic about the prospects of resource industries. But the question is, how do we win the real competition with Western enterprises in cross-border operations and win the long-term recognition of resource countries?
