电磁配铁秤是无产阶级文化大革命中涌现出来的一项新产品,目前已在许多厂矿的铸造车间中广泛应用,它对减轻铸造熔炉配铁料的繁重体力劳动起了巨大的作用。但是,怎样使电磁配铁秤能实现自动放料,以进一步提高称量的准确度和自动化程度,是一项当前迫切需要解决的任务。遵照毛主席关于“中国应当对于人类有较大的贡献”的伟大教导,在厂革委会的领导下,我们克服了厂小技术力量薄弱、缺乏试验所需仪器、材料等一系列困难,经过两个半月的艰苦努力,终于在1971年9月1日试验成功了自动放料线路。经初步运行考验,以放生铁块(每块重量约5~10公斤)为例,误差基本上能控制在±10公斤范围之内。
Electromagnetic iron scale is a new product emerging from the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution and has been widely used in many foundries in many factories and mines. It has played a significant role in alleviating the heavy manual labor of casting furnaces with iron. However, how to achieve the automatic discharging of the electromagnetic iron scale to further improve the accuracy and automation of the weighing is an urgent task that needs to be solved at present. Following Chairman Mao’s great teaching on “China should make greater contribution to mankind,” we have overcome a series of difficulties such as the weak technical power of the factory, the lack of equipment and materials needed for the experiment under the leadership of the factory revolutionary committee, Two and a half months of hard work, and finally in September 1, 1971 test the success of the automatic discharge line. After a preliminary test of running to release iron (each weighing about 5 to 10 kg), for example, the error can be basically controlled within ± 10 kg range.
