建立了矿用自卸车 A 形架有限元模型,确定了典型计算工况和分析边界条件,应用有限元方法分析了 A 形架应力分布规律,给出了满载静止、启动工况、制动工况时油气悬挂刚度对 A 形架应力的影响规律。结果表明:应力最大值发生在 A 形架根部圆角处,应力集中系数为4.7,应力最大值与断裂位置一致;当油气悬挂刚度大于586 MN/m 时,A 形架危险截面处的应力几乎不再下降。
The finite element model of A-frame of Dump truck was established. The typical calculation conditions and the analysis of boundary conditions were established. The stress distribution of A-frame was analyzed by finite element method. Influence of Oil and Gas Suspension Stiffness on Stress of A - shaped Frame. The results show that the maximum stress occurs at the fillet of root of A-shaped frame, the stress concentration factor is 4.7, and the maximum stress is consistent with the fracture location. When the stiffness of oil-gas suspension is more than 586 MN / m, No longer fall.
