随着社会经济的快速发展,传统产业改造升级,战略性新兴产业的出现促进了科技型中小企业的成长。我国为促进科技型中小企业发展出台了一系列的政策措施,并对认定的省级、市级科技型中小企业给与一定的财政扶持。但尽管如此,初创型的科技型中小企业融资难仍然是困扰企业发展的一个重点问题。文章从选题背景出发,对科技型中小企业的概念和范畴进行了界定,并对当前我国科技型中小企业融资现状及存在的问题进行了分析和研究,在此基础上提出了一些满足科技型中小企业融资需求、促进企业快速成长发展的创新型对策和建议。
With the rapid socio-economic development and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, the emergence of strategic emerging industries has promoted the growth of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises. China has promulgated a series of policies and measures to promote the development of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises and given certain financial support to the identified provincial and municipal science and technology-based SMEs. However, in spite of this, the financing of start-up technology-based SMEs is still a key issue that plagues the development of enterprises. Based on the background of the selected topics, the article defines the concept and category of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises and analyzes and studies the current financing and existing problems of Chinese small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises. On the basis of this, SMEs financing needs, promote the rapid growth of enterprises innovative countermeasures and suggestions.
