纤维蛋白(原)溶解系统,简称纤溶系统,该系统由纤溶酶原—纤溶酶、活化物与抑制物组成,纤溶系统的基本功能是清除纤维蛋白的凝块,与凝血系统保持平衡,使血流通畅。近年来,大量资料表明,纤溶系统与脑血管病的发生发展有着密切的关系,通过纤溶系统的检查,对脑血管疾病的诊断和治疗及预后都有着重要的临床意义。我们从1994年8~11月采用了由第一军医大学王铁丹教授新研制的换能器治疗仪治疗了20例脑血管病患者,并观察了其治疗前后纤溶系统五项指标的改变,对其相关性进行了初步探讨,现将结果报告如下。

From August to November 1994, we used a new transducer developed by Prof. Wang Tiedan, First Military Medical University to treat 20 patients with cerebrovascular disease and observed the changes of five indexes of fibrinolytic system before and after treatment. The relevance of a preliminary study, the results are reported below.
