病历摘要男性,48岁。住院号:214047。劳累后心悸、气短四年余。体检发现“完全性左束支传导阻滞”,18日入院。患者于1977年偶作活动平板试验,心率达150次/分,心电图呈完全性左束支传导阻滞型。后查血脂,甘油三酯380mg%,诊断为隐性冠心房。服降脂药物,并坚持锻炼,偶感心悸、气短,后曾两次作心电图正常。1981年6月15日体检中,作心电图检查发现完全性左束支传导滞阻而入院治疗。检查:血压130/80。一般情况好,
