液压缸作为工程机械上主要的执行元件,其性能的优劣直接影响到整机的使用情况,而侧向力的产生又关系着液压缸的性能。为了研究侧向力导致液压缸在使用过程中出现的一些异常情况,分析液压缸侧向力产生原因,并进行初步的理论计算。以大吨位起重机液压缸为例进行探讨,提出减少或消除侧向力的相应解决措施,为其他液压缸侧向力的分析提供一种方法和思路,同时也可为液压缸的设计计算和主机应用提供一定的参考和依据。
