为研究冰糖、葡萄糖对药物体内药动学的影响 ,分析和探讨一些含冰糖、葡萄糖成份的剂型中冰糖、葡萄糖可能起的作用 ,本研究采用荧光光度法测定家兔单独口服 (灌胃 )四环素和合并冰糖、葡萄糖口服 (灌胃 )以后的体内血药浓度及药动学参数的变化。结果显示 ,合并使用冰糖、葡萄糖不仅可使家兔体内血清四环素的 Cm ax比单独口服四环素提高 6倍和 2 .7倍 ,AUCo- 8提高了 4.1倍和 2 .1倍 ,而 Ka、K变化不大。提示冰糖、葡萄糖可显著影响四环素在体内跨膜转运过程 ,可能促进四环素吸收并延缓四环素的排泄。
In order to study the influence of rock sugar and glucose on the pharmacokinetics in vivo, the possible role of rock candy and glucose in some dosage forms containing rock sugar and glucose was analyzed and discussed.
