在建设社会主义市场经济体制的今天,如何加强青年思想教育?如何使青年的思想教育工作充满生机、充满活力,达到预期的效果?笔者根据几年来从事企业共青团工作的实践,认为当前要重视“七性”。一、要重视思想教育的原则性思想教育工作是以传播人类先进思想为核心,以正确的世界观教育青年为己任。在这个根本的问题上,我们提倡什么,反对什么,都应该是十分明确的,不能掩盖我们的政治观点。在企业里,共青团组织对青年进行思想教育的目的是培养“四有”新人。因此,在思想教育的过程中,必须渗透马列主义科学思想和无产阶级先进意识的教育。在这个教育过程中,我们必须采取正面灌输方法,就是要讲大道理,而且要理直气壮地讲。现在有的地方,对一些错误的思想不敢批评,对一些错误的
