由于施工质量控制不严导致端承桩(嵌岩桩)承载力不满足设计要求的工程质量问题,提出了桩中心钻孔高压注浆加固桩端的简便可行方法,对桩端进入中风化岩石但桩端沉渣厚度大于5 cm的桩直接进行钻孔高压注浆加固,对未进入中风化岩石的桩不仅采用钻孔高压注浆而且新增劲性微型桩加固。对桩端进入中风化岩石桩和未进入中风化岩石的桩提出了承载力的不同计算方法。
Due to the unsmooth construction quality control, the bearing quality of the end bearing pile (rock-socketed pile) does not meet the design requirements, the simple and feasible method of high-pressure grouting in the center of the pile center is put forward. When the pile end enters the weathered rock, The pile with the sediment thickness at the pile end greater than 5 cm is directly reinforced by drilling high pressure grouting. The piles that have not entered the weathered rock are not only grouted by drilling high pressure, but also reinforced by micro-piles. Different calculation methods for the bearing capacity of the piles entering the weathered rock piles and those not entering the weathered rock are proposed.
