简要介绍DJT5000型水轮机调速器的主要特点。它采用伺服电机控制的电动集成阀作为电液转换元件,代替了传统的转换器,工作可靠;调节技术上采用连续的实时变参数的PID控制算法,自动化程度高。文中重点介绍了该调速器在白溪水电厂运行7年来出现的故障和缺陷及其分析和处理,包括电动集成阀回油漏油偏多、导叶反馈电阻损坏、测频干扰、反馈滚轮易碎、锁锭故障等,可供同类型调速器常见故障分析及处理时参考。
Brief introduction of the main features of DJT5000 turbine governor.
