一、前言少筋混凝土结构的设计问题,涉及到水工、港工,公路及铁路等一些建筑物,是工程设计人员所关心的。我国1978年颁发试行的《水工钢筋混凝土结构设计规范》在附录中给出了少筋混凝土的设计方法,但对少筋混凝土的计算方法、适用范围以及基本理论仍存在一些争议之点,其实质则是少筋混凝土结构的真实安全度或称可靠度问题。关于少筋混凝土结构的可靠度问题,引起了国内广泛的注意和重视,不少文献进行了分析和论述,但结论各不相同。到目前为止,已经提出的分析可靠度的方法有拉氏
First, the preface Less concrete design of reinforced concrete structures, involving hydraulic, port workers, highways and railways and some other buildings, is the designer concerned. In our appendix, the “Code for Design of Hydraulic Reinforced Concrete Structures” promulgated in 1978 is given in the appendix. However, there are still some controversial points about the calculation method, applicable scope and basic theory of the less-tendon concrete. The essence is the real safety of the less-tendon concrete structure or the reliability problem. Concerning the reliability of less-reinforced concrete structures, it has aroused widespread attention and attention in China. Many documents have been analyzed and discussed, but the conclusions are different. So far, the method of analyzing the reliability that has been proposed is Laplace
