目的∶探讨桥式起重机安全事故与操作者神经行为功能及机能的关系。方法∶采用WHONCTB对操作者事故组与对照组的神经行为功能及机能测试。结果∶事故组在抑郁、愤怒、疲劳及困惑四项情感状态指标得分均明显差于对照组;目标追踪测试中正确打点数事故组显著低于对照组,错误打点数却高于对照组;事故组深度知觉测试的平均值、最大值及最小值事故组均明显高于对照组。结论∶注意桥式起重机操作者就业前神经行为功能及机能方面的检查,可防止一些责任事故的发生
Objective: To investigate the relationship between safety features of bridge crane and operator’s neurobehavioral function. Methods: The neurobehavioral and functional tests of the operator accident and control groups were performed using WHONCTB. Results: The scores of emotional state indicators of depression, anger, fatigue and confusion in the accident group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The correct number of accident points in the target tracking test was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the number of mistaken points was higher than that in the control group. Group depth perception test average, maximum and minimum accident group were significantly higher than the control group. CONCLUSIONS: Attention should be given to checking the neurobehavioral and functional aspects of overhead crane operators prior to employment to prevent some liability incidents from occurring
