目的:观察自拟食疗成都方对重睑成形术后肿胀的影响.方法:选取重睑成形手术后肿胀患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组患者采用冰敷处理眼部肿胀,观察组患者采用冰敷同时给予食疗,比较两组患者术后第1、3、5天的眼部肿胀情况.结果:经过食疗,观察组患者术后第1、3、5天的眼部肿胀情况有明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:食疗对重睑成形术后肿胀恢复有显著疗效.“,”Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of swelling after double eyelid operation with Self-made Diet Formula.Methods:50patients with swelling after double eyelid operation were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,25cases in each group.Patients in the controlled group were treated by ice compress procedure on their facial edma of operative area.Patients in the observation group were treated by ice compress and diet therapy at the same time.We compared the level of swelling of operative area between these two groups of patients in postoperative days of 1,3,5.Results:Through diet therapy,swelling of patients in postoperative days 1,3,5in the observation group had improved significantly,statistically significant different from the controlled group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Our observation shows that diet therapy has significant effect on recovery of swelling after double eyelid operation.
