目的总结增强型血流显像(e-flow)联合超声引导下粗针穿刺活检技术在乳腺肿物诊断中的价值。方法将2008年1月2009年12月住院的100例乳腺肿物患者随机分成两组,第1组50例,应用e-flow技术检测,联合超声引导下粗针穿刺活检技术,对乳腺肿物患者穿刺取材送病理检查;第2组50例,在超声引导下,对乳腺肿物患者直接行粗针穿刺取材送病理检查,并将两组穿刺结果与手术后病理结果进行对比分析。结果第1组50例穿刺病理检查结果均与术后病理检查结果符合,其中恶性48例,良性2例;第2组50例中46例与术后病理检查结果符合,其中恶性45例,诊断敏感性91.8%,良性1例,假阴性4例。结论 e-flow联合超声引导下粗针穿刺活检技术在乳腺肿物诊断中具有定位准确、实时监测、可靠性高、创伤小、操作简单等优点,可用作乳腺肿物定性诊断的主要方法。
Objective To summarize the value of enhanced needle biopsy in the diagnosis of breast masses by enhanced echocardiography (e-flow) combined with ultrasound guidance. Methods 100 cases of breast tumor hospitalized in January 2008, December 2009 were randomly divided into two groups, group 1, 50 cases, using e-flow technology, combined with ultrasound-guided thick needle biopsy, breast tumor The second group of 50 cases under direct ultrasound guidance, the patients with breast masses were directly taken by thick needle aspiration pathological examination, and the results of two sets of puncture and postoperative pathological results were compared. Results The first group of 50 cases of biopsy pathological findings were consistent with the postoperative pathological findings, including 48 cases of malignancy, 2 cases of benign; Group 2 of 50 cases in 46 cases and postoperative pathological findings, including 45 cases of malignancy, diagnosis Sensitivity was 91.8%, benign in 1 case, false negative in 4 cases. Conclusion The echocardiography guided by e-flow and ultrasound guided needle biopsy has the advantages of accurate positioning, real-time monitoring, high reliability, less trauma and simple operation in breast tumor diagnosis. It can be used as the main method of qualitative diagnosis of breast tumor.
