目的 探讨严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)的计算机 X线摄影 (Com puter Radiograph CR)影像学表现。 方法 对已确诊的 18例严重急性呼吸综合征患者的胸部影像学特征进行回顾性分析。 结果 SARS的影像学表现不尽相同 ,主要显示为肺实质和肺间质渗出性病变两大征象 ,病变早期 X线表现多为肺野外带或以胸膜为基底的毛玻璃状阴影、明显实变阴影或结节状阴影是唯一异常表现 ,病情恶化患者的肺部浸润阴影表现为实变范围进一步扩大 ,病灶相互融合呈单侧或两侧大范围实变 ,边缘模糊 ,少数病例其病灶有游走现象。 结论 胸部计算机 X线摄影影像检查 (CR)由于具有较高的清晰度 ,是发现 SARS的理想的影像学检查方法 ,在 SARS的诊治过程中 ,了解和掌握本病的影像学特征 ,对判断病情 ,指导治疗 ,评估预后具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the imaging features of Computed Radiograph (CR) of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Methods A retrospective analysis of chest radiographic features of 18 patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome was performed. Results The imaging manifestations of SARS were different. They were mainly manifested as two major signs of pulmonary parenchyma and interstitial exudative lesions. The early X-ray findings of the lesions were mostly foveal-shaped or pleural-based frosted glassy shadows. Shadow or nodular shadows is the only abnormal performance of patients with deterioration of the lung infiltration of the shadow of the performance of the scope of consolidation to further expand the fusion of the lesions were unilateral or bilateral solidified on both sides of the edge of the fuzzy edge of a few cases of its lesions have a swim Go phenomenon. Conclusion The chest computed radiography (CR) is an ideal imaging method to detect SARS because of its high definition. During the diagnosis and treatment of SARS, the imaging features of this disease are understood and grasped. , Guiding treatment, prognosis evaluation has important guiding significance.
