针对寒冷地区地下车库是否需要设置供暖系统的争论,在典型低温气候条件下,对北京市一个无供暖地下车库的温度进行了实测。结果表明,该地下车库绝大部分区域的空气温度高于0℃,口部附近空气温度低于0℃,但消火栓及消防水管的表面温度仍高于0℃;并对地下车库不设供暖系统的节能效益进行了分析,认为在消防系统采取适当防冻措施的前提下,寒冷地区地下车库不设供暖系统是可行的,而且可以产生节能减排效益和经济效益。
In view of the controversy over the need to set up a heating system in underground garages in cold regions, the temperature of an under-heated underground garage in Beijing was measured under typical low-temperature conditions. The results show that the air temperature in most of the underground garage is higher than 0 ℃ and the air temperature near the mouth is lower than 0 ℃. However, the surface temperature of fire hydrant and fire water pipe is still above 0 ℃, and there is no heating system in the underground garage It is considered that it is feasible for the underground garage in cold area to have no heating system under the precondition of proper antifreeze measures in the fire protection system, and it can also bring about energy saving and emission reduction benefits and economic benefits.
