日本中央药事审议会常务会议就“第12版《日本药局方》”的修改工作的主要内容进行介绍。修改后的第12版《日本药局方》,共收品种1221种,第11版《日本药局方》为1066种。第12版《日本药局方》新增品种为170种,另撤销品种15个。本次修改的重点,除大幅度增加新收载品种外,对局方中的有关试验方法也进行了修改补充。其修改的重点是;①在一般试验方法中,收载了核磁共振波谱测定法及铁试验法;②在制剂总则中,收载了液体制剂及气雾剂,并附了英文名称;③对仪器分析中的有关内容进行了修改(例如:定量法);④对生药的性状等内容进行了核对,修改或补充了一些内容;⑤对化学药品,采用IUPAC规则记载化学名;⑥废除极
