由于近年图书馆价格猛涨,而购书经费则逐年下降,使得资料室藏书资源日趋贫乏,不能满足教学和科研的需要,供需矛盾日益突出。因此,笔者认为,采取下列措施,能逐步改善系资料室藏书的困境。 1.合理有效地使用有限的资料费。尽管目前高校事业经费十分紧张,除要求对系资料室购书经费应尽力保证,并做到逐年增加外,还必须合理使用有限的购书经费。一方面,加强院系书刊采购的协调工作,该院图书馆有的报刊,系资料室则不订或少订。系资料的购书,切实按照本系实际需要,并建立系资料室藏书特点,使之具有相对独立性;另方面,必须发扬勤俭节约自力更生的
Due to the soaring price of libraries and the decrease of purchasing funds for books in recent years, the collection of library resources is getting poorer and can not meet the needs of teaching and scientific research. The contradiction between supply and demand has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, I believe that the following measures can be taken to gradually improve the dilemma of collecting data in departmental libraries. 1. Reasonable and effective use of limited data charges. In spite of the current tight funding for colleges and universities, it is necessary to make reasonable efforts to use a limited amount of paper-based books in addition to guaranteeing the funds for the purchase of books in the departmental library and ensuring a steady increase year by year. On the one hand, to strengthen coordination of procurement of departmental books and periodicals, some newspapers and periodicals in the library of the college are not booked or booked less frequently.
