目的:探讨人腰椎体松质骨定域CT值相对百分比(RF)与骨松质组织形态指标相关关系。材料和方法:22具新鲜人腰椎体标本行HRCT扫描,测量松质骨不同定域CT值百分比。计算机图像分析系统对椎体骨松质进行组织学定量测量。逐步回规法剔选对骨组织学形态指标有影响的CT值定义域,并建立最优化方程。结果:骨小梁间隙与松质骨低密度-1024Hu~定域CT值百分比成正相关。平均骨小梁宽度、平均骨小梁面积、骨小梁面积百分比主要为松质骨高密度150Hu~、300Hu~定域CT值百分比所表达。骨小梁指标与300Hu~定域CT值百分比成正相关;与150Hu~定域CT值百分比成负相关。结论:骨小梁参数主要为松质骨中高密度CT值以相互消长形式所表达。推论骨小梁骨丢失的密度变化是高密度向中等密度减退方式而不是消失方式。松质骨内非钙化成分增多对这种CT值的表达形式也有影响。骨松质的低密度CT值比例与骨小梁间隙大小成正比。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the relative percentage (RF) of spondylolisthesis and the morphology of cancellous bone in lumbar spine. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-two fresh lumbar vertebrae specimens were scanned with HRCT to measure the percentage of cancellous bone in different localized CT values. Computer image analysis system of vertebral bone cancellous quantitative measurement. Step by step retrospectively, select the CT value domain that has influence on morphological indexes of bone histology, and establish the optimization equation. Results: There was a positive correlation between trabecular bone clearance and percentage of CT value of low density of cancellous bone. The average trabecular width, mean trabecular area and trabecular area percentage were mainly expressed in terms of percentage of CT value of cancellous bone at high density of 150 Hu ~, 300 Hu ~. The trabecular bone index was positively correlated with the percentage of CT value of 300 Hu ~ -domain and negatively correlated with the percentage of CT value of 150 Hu ~ -domain. CONCLUSIONS: Trabecular parameters are predominantly high-density CT values of cancellous bone expressed in mutually existent forms. It is concluded that the density change of trabecular bone loss is a mode of high density to medium density rather than disappearing. Increased non-calcified components of cancellous bone also affect the expression of CT value. The low density CT ratio of cancellous bone is proportional to the size of the trabecular bone gap.
