目的 研究硝苯地平 (nefedipine) )对小动脉端端吻合后血流速度的影响 ,为血管吻合后临床应用硝苯地平的时间提供依据。方法 取SD大鼠 48只 ,切断左侧颈总动脉后作端端吻合。按术后所给药物的不同随机分成两组。实验组 :术后用硝苯地平灌胃 ( 1.0mg/kg) ;对照组用同等体积生理盐水灌胃。按给药时间又分成术后 2 4、48和 72h 3个给药时间组。每组均在给药后 1、3、5和 7h ,用彩色多普勒超声仪检测左侧颈总动脉吻合口前、吻合口和吻合口后以及右侧颈总动脉收缩期的血流速度。结果 实验组各时间组吻合口前的血流速度增加 ,给药后 3h达到高峰。术后 48h组给药 3h后 ,吻合口血流速度明显增加。术后 48h组给药后 1h ,吻合口后的血流速度明显增加。术后 72h组给药后 1h ,血流速度降低 3 .98%。术后各组血流速度均有增加。结论 硝苯地平可明显增加小动脉行端端吻合术后 ,吻合口前、吻合口后和吻合口的血流速度。在术后 2 4、48和 72h给药均有效果。
Objective To study the effect of nefedipine on blood flow velocity after end-to-end anastomosis of arterioles and to provide a basis for the clinical application of nifedipine after anastomosis. Methods 48 Sprague-Dawley rats were used for anastomosis of the left common carotid artery. According to the different drugs given after surgery were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group: nifedipine was given intragastrically after operation (1.0mg / kg), while the control group was given intragastrically with the same volume of normal saline. According to the time of administration is divided into postoperative 2 448 and 72h 3 dosing time group. Each group at 1, 3, 5 and 7 h after administration, the color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the left common carotid artery anastomosis anastomosis and anastomosis and right common carotid artery systolic blood flow velocity . Results In the experimental group, the anastomotic blood flow velocity increased at each time point and peaked at 3h after administration. After 48h group administration 3h, anastomotic blood flow increased significantly. 48h after operation 1h after administration, blood flow velocity after anastomosis significantly increased. 72h after operation 1h after administration, blood flow decreased by 3.98%. After surgery, blood flow velocity increased. Conclusion Nifedipine can significantly increase the arterial blood flow rate after end anastomosis, anastomosis, anastomosis and anastomosis. Administration at 2, 48, and 72 h after surgery was effective.
