现有的金属塑性力学理论在许多方面与实际存在着差异。本文阐述了流体与金属塑性成形的某些共性 ,并从流体力学的角度研究了金属塑性成形的可能性 ;根据流体运动学分析了圆柱体被镦粗时金属的动态流动情况并解释了实际生产中大型饼形件呈现内裂层缺陷的运动学原因 ;对塑性成形原理中传统相似理论之不足进行了分析 ,导出小试件对大锻件无直接模拟的可能性的结论。本文对研究应用金属塑性成形理论有一定的意义。
The existing theories of metal-plastic mechanics differ from reality in many aspects. This paper describes some commonalities between fluid and metal plastic forming, and studies the possibility of metal plastic forming from the perspective of fluid mechanics. According to the fluid kinematics, the dynamic flow of metal when the cylinder is upset is analyzed and the actual production The large and medium-sized cake presents the kinematic reason of the internal crack defects. The deficiencies of the traditional similarity theory in the plastic forming principle are analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn that there is no possibility of the small specimen for the direct simulation of the large forging. This article has some significance to the study of the theory of metal plastic forming.
