雷锋精神是对雷锋以及雷锋式先进人物的事迹和崇高品质的抽象概括与理性升华,其核心是为人民、为国家、为集体服务的伟大奉献精神,集中表现为对集体主义价值观的坚守。在社会主义市场经济条件下,面对集体主义不断遭遇认同危机的现实,大力弘扬雷锋精神有利于重塑集体主义价值观。为此,要深挖雷锋精神中的“集体奉献”思想,彰显雷锋精神的延续性;宣扬雷锋精神的先进性与广泛性,增强集体主义的感召力和吸引力;建立健全“合理利益补偿”制度,巩固集体主义价值观的重塑。
