目的:观察当归贝母苦参煎剂对CBP大鼠前列腺组织中IL-1β含量和mRNA表达的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、西药对照组、当归贝母苦参煎剂高、中、低剂量组6组,每组10只,前列腺背叶注射大肠埃希菌制备CBP动物模型。观测各组大鼠前列腺中IL-βl的含量和mRNA表达。结果:与模型组相比,当归贝母苦参煎剂高剂量组能明显降低CBP大鼠前列腺组织中IL-1β含量(P<0.01);当归贝母苦参煎剂各剂量组均能明显降低IL-1βmRNA的基因表达(P<0.01),且高剂量组的效果优于西药对照组,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:减少炎症细胞因子IL-1β的产生可能是当归贝母苦参煎剂治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的作用机理之一。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of angelica maternal decoction on IL-1β and mRNA expression in prostate tissue of CBP rats, and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups (blank control group, model group, western medicine control group, Chinese angelica maternal decoction decoction high, medium and low dose group, 10 rats in each group) Echinococcus CBP animal model was prepared. The content of IL-βl and the mRNA expression of prostate in each group were observed. Results: Compared with the model group, the high-dose Angelica Fritacium decoction decoction can significantly reduce the content of IL-1β in the prostate tissue of CBP rats (P <0.01) Reduce the gene expression of IL-1βmRNA (P <0.01), and the effect of high-dose group is better than that of Western medicine group (P <0.01). Conclusions: Reducing the production of inflammatory cytokines IL-1β may be one of the mechanisms of action of Chinese angelica matrine decoction in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis.
