在世界经济区域、集团化进程明显加快的强大推动下,亚太地区经济合作大有后起直追之势。 今年伊始,在泰国举行的亚太地区经济合作大会呼吁,进一步加强本地区的经济合作。会议通过的报告说,大会一致同意,作为一项基本原则,亚太地区的经济合作应有助于在该地区实现一个开放性的贸易体系及本地区平衡的经济增长。与会代表认为,拥有大量资金盈余的发达国家应采取有效措施,增加向发展中国家投资和转让技术,以确保发展中国家的经济持续增长。
Under the impetus of the marked acceleration of the process of grouping in the world economic region and the acceleration of the process of collectivization, the economic cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region has greatly followed up. At the beginning of this year, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Conference held in Thailand called for further strengthening of economic cooperation in the region. The report adopted by the conference said that the General Assembly has unanimously agreed that as a basic principle, economic cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region should help achieve an open trading system in the region and a balanced economic growth in the region. The participants believe that developed countries with large fund surpluses should take effective measures to increase investment and transfer of technology to developing countries in order to ensure the sustained economic growth in developing countries.
