Abstract Objective To investigate the spinal cord structure of patients with cervical spondylosis without spinal cord injury in conventional MRI. Methods A cross-sectional study was performed on patients with cervical spondylosis without spinal cord injury and healthy controls. Spinal diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), precise grip and foot-passive follow-up tasks, and clinical examinations including neurological signs were performed.
