本文报道了孵育液两种pH条件下,卫氏并殖吸虫后尾蚴神经系统AChE组织化学定位的观察结果。孵育液pH5.0时.虫体仅能显示中枢神经节;而孵育液pH6.0时.则能获得虫体神经系统结构的完整图象,包括一对中枢神经节。由中枢神经节各向前、后发出的三对纵行神经干及一对咽神经、相邻神经干间的横向神经联系及腹神经干间的神经网,以及由神经干向口、腹吸盘、排泄孔及皮层下发出的细小神经分支等。结果提示,卫氏并殖吸虫后尾蚴神经系统结构虽发育较完整,但AChE活性相对较低。文中还对并殖吸虫神经系统结构特征的分类意义进行了讨论。
In this paper, we report the histochemical localization of AChE in the cercariae of Paragonimus westermani under two pH conditions of incubation solution. Incubation fluid pH5.0. The parasites can only show the central ganglia; while the incubation solution pH6.0. A complete picture of the nervous system structure of the parasites can be obtained, including a pair of central ganglia. From the central nervous system forward and after the issue of the three pairs of longitudinal trunk and a pair of pharyngeal nerve, the adjacent neural stem and lateral nerve between the neural network between the neural network, and by the neural stem to the mouth, abdominal suction cup , Excretion holes and cortical sent out under the small nerve branch. The results suggest that although the nervous system structure of cercariae of Paragonimus westermani develop more intact, AChE activity is relatively low. The classification of the structural characteristics of Paragonimus nymphs was also discussed.
