目的:探讨乳腺癌的声像图特征和超声诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院36例乳腺癌的声像图表现。结果:36例中,超声均检测出乳腺有异常回声,边界不清,28例单侧或双侧腋窝可见淋巴结。结论:超声的重要意义在于帮助判断临床关注的区域有无有意义的肿块,并结合乳腺细针穿刺活检促进乳腺癌的发现,提高了乳腺癌的检出率。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of sonography and the value of ultrasonic diagnosis in breast cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 36 cases of breast cancer in our hospital sonographic findings. Results: Thirty-six cases were diagnosed as having abnormal echoes in the breast with unclear boundary. There were 28 cases of unilateral or bilateral axillary lymph nodes. Conclusion: The significance of ultrasound is to help determine whether there is any meaningful tumor in the clinically concerned area. Combined with fine needle aspiration biopsy, it can promote the detection of breast cancer and improve the detection rate of breast cancer.
