林业不但是一个物质资料生产部门,同时也是生态公益功能生产部门。新时期的社会发展对林业提出了新的要求,不仅要满足社会对木材等林产品的多样化需求,更要满足改善生态状况、保障国土生态安全的需要。如何调整林业分类经营方式,充分发挥林业在经济社会可持续发展的基性作用,是我们当前面临的重要问题。 Forestry is not only a material information production department, but also an ecological public welfare function production department. Social development in the new period has set new demands on forestry. It not only needs to meet the diversified needs of forests and other wood products in the society, but also meets the needs of improving the ecological conditions and ensuring the ecological security of the territory. How to adjust the management mode of forestry classification and give full play to the fundamental role of forestry in the sustainable development of economy and society is an important issue we now face.
