根据几何原理,我们自制圆周等分仪,能够较好地解决7、9、11和13等奇数或质数等分。该等分仪结构简单,应用范围广,能达到较高精度,是一种较好的辅助工具。 圆周等分仪结构如图所示。它由主尺1和副尺2等构成。主、副尺之间依靠螺栓连接,螺栓尖部镶焊高速钢或硬质合金,可方便地打样冲眼。 使用方法:若n等分圆,先将c点放在圆周上,移动o点至圆心,拧紧螺栓固定。移动a处螺栓,使ac等于直径D,再移动b处螺栓,使bc为2D/n,固定a和b处螺栓。将d处螺栓移至副尺2与圆周交点处,打样冲眼。依据此理,可确定剩下等分点,这样圆周便被n等分。
