广西禄峒铝土矿不同于国内山西、河南、贵州、山东等地的铝土矿,其特点为铁含量高,铁矿物以针铁矿为主,是中等品位的一水硬铝石矿床。本文从研究矿石性质入手,研究了该矿的溶出性质和溶出过程中各因素对Al_2O_3溶出效果的影响以及赤泥的沉降性能。试验结果表明,该矿溶出性质可满足工业使用要求;氧化铝相对溶出率达97.49%;各因素对氧化铝溶出效果影响的主次顺序为:温度→CaO添加量→溶出时间→配料分子比→苛性碱浓度。添加絮凝剂后,溶出赤泥的沉降性能可保证拜耳法提取铝的工艺顺行。
Guangxi Lulu bauxite is different from the bauxite in Shanxi, Henan, Guizhou, Shandong and other places, which is characterized by high iron content, iron ore dominated by goethite, and moderate grade diaspore . In this paper, starting from the study of the properties of ores, the dissolution properties of the ore and the influence of various factors on the dissolution of Al 2 O 3 and the sedimentation of red mud were studied. The results show that the dissolution properties of the ore can meet the requirements of industrial use; the relative dissolution rate of alumina reaches 97.49%; the order of the primary and secondary factors affecting the dissolution of alumina is: temperature → CaO dosage → dissolution time → ingredient ratio → Caustic concentration. Adding flocculant, the dissolution of red mud settling properties can be guaranteed Bayer process of aluminum extraction process.
