一、实施情况及成效2014年11月底,辽宁省13个县(市)建成农产品产地初加工惠民工程补助项目1676个。其中,10~60吨的马铃薯贮藏窖622个,20~50吨的果蔬通风库145个,10~50吨的果蔬简易冷藏库527个,10~100吨的果蔬组装式冷藏库377个,10吨/天的多功能烘干窑5个。预计可增加水果、蔬菜、马铃薯贮藏、烘干能力10.4万吨,可促进农户增收1.3亿元。二、工作措施
