随着我国经济的飞速发展以及社会主义现代化建设的不断完善,教育教学在社会发展中的作用越来越突出。高职院校作为培养技能型人才的摇篮,其受到的关注度自然更高。由于社会多元经济的发展,很多企业单位逐步建立,会计人才就成为了社会聘用的主要对象。但是据调查发现,高职院校每年毕业的会计专业学生数量众多,市场对其需求也不少,但就业率却不高,究其原因主要在于会计毕业生无法满足社会对技术型人才的需要,他们的实践能力还有待进一步加强。针对这样的现象,本文就结合高职会计专业教学的实际情况,简单阐述一下如何实现校企合作,提升学生的实际操作水平,摆脱以往的唯课本文论,从而培养出社会需要的优秀人才。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the constant improvement of socialist modernization, the role of education and teaching in social development has become increasingly prominent. Due to the development of diversified economy in society, many enterprises and units have been gradually established and accountants have become the main targets of social employment. However, according to the survey, there are a large number of accounting major graduates each year in higher vocational colleges, and the market demands a lot of them, but the employment rate is not high. The main reason is that accounting graduates can not meet the needs of the society for technical talents Their practical ability needs to be further strengthened. In view of this phenomenon, this article combines the actual situation of accounting teaching in higher vocational education, simply elaborating how to realize the cooperation between school and enterprise, enhance the students’ practical operation level, get rid of the past only textbook theory, so as to cultivate the outstanding talents needed by society.
