Liujiang Honghua Hydropower Station is located in Honghua Village, Liyang Town, Liujiang County, Guangxi Province. It is the last step power station in Liujiang River. It is a comprehensive utilization project that takes power generation and shipping as main consideration, giving consideration to irrigation, tourism and aquaculture. Honghua Hydropower Station is a river bed runoff hydropower station. The normal water storage station of the power station is 77.5m with 6 bulb tubular units installed, with an installed capacity of 228MW and an average annual generating capacity of 880 million kwh.
