尽管保障房建设得到了各地政府的大力支持,而在具体的论证、建设过程中还是存在着诸多问题。其中,以建设中出现的问题最为突出。如,保障房建设前的规划布局存在不足;建设中的工程质量存在不足;建设后的分配机制存在不足。为此,应在满足区域植根性、亡过程监管,以及惠及大众的要求下开展房地产管理。具体而言,尽量做到周边配套设施的齐备,以及区位的相对优越。毕竟,入住保障性住房家庭户的收入,处于工薪阶层的中下水平。从而,政府不应在区位设置上增加他们的交通出行成本。
